Description
here is a farmall 544 gas with a koyker k loader that i`m selling as a family. it came from a local farm sale and it was a hobby farm as the people just came down on weekends and had no livestock. the ta is out of the tractor the rh side tinwork has some dents as pictured but not bad. the lower bolster on the wfe has been brazed and the center tube has been reinforced bur it doesnt appear to have been broken when reinforced. the battery is oversized and doesnt fit in its holder and the manifold is cracked and been welded but it needs replaced as i think its recracked and the pipe doesnt fit tight. it will run fine the way it is and the engine sounds excellent. the right axle housing has some seepage but i wouldn`t worry abit about it. this is a single valve hyd unit. the tires are atlest 80 percent but mismatched 1 goodyear and 1 firestone 15.5x38. they are nice tires. the 3 pt. and pto work fine and the fenders are sharp and the seat is ok. the ser. number is 11034 which makes it a 1968. the loader brackes are on the rear axle bolted on. the loader is a koyker k with a 60 inch bucket and a good little loader. i`m leaving it together on this auction. the loader has a hyd bucket and a 2 spool valve mounted on it for the controls. if it doesnt sell as a unit then i might split them but if someone needs a cheaper loader tractor for winter use that will work fine the way it is then this might be the one you need. we are located in corning ia. and frt. will be from here. i do get around the midwest and would help on delivery at a cheap rate if possible. i am heading into western il. maybe 75 miles n.e. of st. louis in the next month if that would help. this unit is for sale for 5000 at our shop but i`m starting it at 3500 on ebay. if there are no bids and somebody comes along then i will remove it from ebay and sell it however if a bid is made then it will sell on ebay regardless of price and the locals will bid the same as everyoine else if they wish. that is the fairest way to sell i know of. any questions just email or feel free to call. houick supply corning ia. u.s. watts 800-358-2931 or 641-322-5285>ray thanks for looking also the brakes are good and the cluth feels fine and there is no gear noises when driving and the power steering is good. i dont know why but it says no personal checks when i go to list and we always take personal checks. sorry for any confusion Powered by eBay Turbo ListerThe free listing tool.
