Water heater, fresh water hook up,  gray water tanks, electrical hook up with breaker box, marquis over windows w/backlight when open so you can list menu items, plus more. It needs a electrical cord, propane tank,and some paint, and maybe some minor repairs that I may have overlooked or could not check. But the selling price does reflect that fact. The front window door frame has some damage, as you can see in the pics, but functions properly. There is a large screen that goes in the front window, I had it out to take the pics. It has a large marquis that goes around the top that you can put on or leave off, I left it off so it would pull better and have less wind resistance.
