The ends have been cut off so it CAN NOT be reused.   THIS IS FOR SCRAP RECYCLING ONLY. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has informed us that it is a violation of government regulation to install a used converter from a salvage yard or sell it for reuse unless it has been properly tested and labeled. It is also violation to install an untested and or used converter, even if the customer insists that the used converter came off his/her vehicle. Shiping to the lower 48 states is $24.99   Sometimes my shipping charges might seem a little high but that is because I live in the far NW corner of the country and shipping is always high to and from here.
