This type of carbon fiber is being sold as "high quality carbon fiber", generating this perception that this carbon fiber is the same as the high quality Toray T300 and up PAN based. Pitch based carbon fiber is low quality and is priced low at ~$20/yard. This is what is "profitable to sell" in these times where real pan based high quality carbon fiber is so hard to find, in this climate of worldwide shortages of carbon fiber cloth/fabric. You do get what you pay for $. All Carbon fiber cloth that I have/sell is PAN based, made by either Sigmatex, Hexel, or BGF. Also note that shipping to the united states occurs from zip 13624, I go to the states every week, so shipping is easy, no extra costs, duties or what have you. I reside right on the usa/canada border and my father is on the US side. This listing is for ultra strong IM7 5HS 6K a 60" wide roll that is 33 yards long. This is a high modulus strength cloth/fiber. This carbon fiber has an incredibly high tensile strength of 795 KSI, which represents in a 55% increase in tensile strength over standard T300 carbon fiber, (512KSI being standard T300 tensile strength) and a intermediate tensile modulus of 40.00 MSI (33.4 MSI being the standard T300 fiber). This represents a 20% increase in stiffness !!! The weave is 5HS Satin, which is great for doing curves. It is 6k cloth and is 8.3 oz per sq yard or 273g sq.metre.  This material in this weight and weave is pretty tough to get a hold of.
