I used it to install fence at our faclity, dig up and install water lines, dig out an old fuel tank. I brought it home, drove it down into my basement broke up the concrete and installed a sump system. Outside I dug down to the bottom of the foundation in the front and side of my house installed a drainage system then dug a channel to my back yard and installed a drywell to collect the ground water and the run off from the roof. I have used it at my parents and friends house to dig out old footings, demolish garages, rip out bathrooms, load gravel, wood,dirt, sand etc. I have run out of things to do and as much as I would like to just keep it in case I might need it for some thing. Equipment not used falls into disrepair.  You can do the work of a bigger machine. It just takes longer, but a bigger machine does not have the advantages of this machine.   Place a Bid!
