Description
PlastolFast Emulsion SBQ based very fast exposing full photopolymer emulsionfor textile printing. High resolution, easy to reclaim and excellent bridging properties for coarse mesh. This auction is for 1 gallon of emulsion direct from Xenon Products, the manufacture. Here is the technical data; PLASTOL FAST COLOR Pink SOLIDS 48% VISCOSITY 4,000/45,00 CPS AT 20 RPM-26C SOLUBILITY Water Plastol-Fast is a one part, ready to use textile emulsion and is recommended for the Plastisol inks. Plastol-Fast offers durability and excellent image. Due to its high solids, Plastol- fast yields a better coating, sharp edges and a good resolution. As Plastol-Fast is based on SBQ system, it does not require Diazo. Plastol-Fast should only be handled in the yellow light. Plastol-Fast saves time as it cures very fast and is used without adding Diazo. Plastol-Fast reclaims very easily after curing. Exposure Time: Distance for the exposure should be approx. 35 to 60 inches. The distance should be adjusted based on the type of fabric or mesh and the source of light. The application procedure is normal as is used with other emulsions. The exposure time is very short as it is obvious from the following brief time chart.
