Description
This is a used Wild GAP1 Autocollimation Prism made in Switzerland that is like new. The autocollimation prism serves as a reference to the highest precision for alignment purposes and for the measurement of horizontal angles. It is used for optical tooling, for industrial and laboratory measurements. This GAP1 comes with a Wild GDF22 Tribrach that is green. The prism is on a theodolite type base and has a standing axis system, a horizontal clamp, a horizontal drive screw, and a plate level with a sensitivity of 10" per 2 mm. The 90 degree roof prism is mounted in standards. It can be tilted. The roof edge of the prism is parallel to the tilting axis. In the horizontal plane, the prism acts like a plane mirror. In the vertical plane, however, it functions as a retro-reflector. On the silvered rear surfaces of the prism is a scale with mm-graduation. It is used for measuring offsets from a control line. The zero of the scale lies in the standing (vertical) axis of the equipment. The side mirror is for checking the autocollimation prism. The optical sight is used for approximate alignment of the prism towards the autocollimation theodolite. The optical sight can be viewed directly or via the mirror. This GAP1 comes in its original padded case pictured. The serial number on the instrument is 75310. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING!!!
