Unit is very good operating condition and can be demonstrated in Ontario, CA. Main cabinet body is free standing constructed of abrasive resistant 5/8" thick 11-13% Hatfield Manganese Steel. Cabinet is fully welded and dust tight with integral hopper beneath blast chamber. Main table is 60" in diameter, made of 1/2" thick steel with 3/8" Manganese plate liners. There are six rotating satellite tables on the main table, each is 12" in diameter with interior drives; two satellite tables are loaded at one time. Integral collection system collects shot and delivers it via conveyor to the shot storage bin. Satellite table design can be modified to larger compartment sizes by removing the dividers. Unit is equipped with automatic fill and bucket elevator from abrasive adder to short circuit shot recycling. There are two 12" shot delivery wheels, one upper and one lower, driven by 15 HP, 3600 RPM motors; motor controls are Allen Bradley variable frequency drives. Shot is regulated by Magna Shot Control, 250-P valves, and the valves are controlled by a PLC. The entire system is controlled by a PLC controller with screen monitor; controller unit accepts 6 menus.
