Original design was for engine cylinder blocks/heads and later the equipment was used for transmission cases and converter housings. Machine was in operation in January of 2008 before disassembly by professional machinery mover, Atlas Industrial Contractors (614) 841-4500, who can assist with assembly or completely assemble and start-up system. All connections are match marked for simple reassembly. Twin process tanks (55” diameter) utilizing the dry vacuum atmospheric pressure process. o 2 independent sealant storage tanks.  Cooling jackets for circulation of chilled water/glycol. o Motivair air-cooled chiller model MPC-A1200 chiller. o 2 Busch RA 1000 pumps with 40hp motors. Sealant recovery station. Sealant wash tank. 2 hot water cure tanks. o 100 KW elements in each tank. Automated overhead transporter. Output is 1 basket/rack every 5 minutes.
