This is a heavy duty design as known in the industry by the Grieves company.  We have completely installed new parts where required including: 1. (3) new 3.5kw  heating elements each rated to 3.6kw @ 230v service. 2. All new control panel componets, U.L. LISTED devices, lights, switches, contactors,wiring and brand new digital control rated to 999F.  New "j" temperature    sensing wire and related items.  The electrical is designed for 230v, 3-phase power, rated to 32 amps. 3. Inside area has a  rack and  (2) shelves with multiple adjustment levels. 4. Unit is furnished with a new blower wheel. As can be seen, ALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS AND BLOWER ARE BRAND NEW identical to a brand new oven we would manufacture. Oven is completely factory tested, calibrated and skid mounted ready for shipment.  As with all used ovens, oven is being offered locally and subject to prior sale in which we will withdraw this sale.
