The conduit is connected to a fuild source which provides a pressurized fuild,either liquid or gas. The fluid is forced through a set of orifices in the inner cylinder and into the interior of the bag when the inner cylinder is between its two positions,thus expanding and rinsing the interior of the bag.    Place a Bid!
