Since we are selling it with the purchase price of the business, and we are financing it, whom ever buys the business, we will pay it off and once we receive the title at that time will give to new owner. We just want it to be legal, so there are no problems. 6. Internet: Included in this sale we will include our website updated in your name and phone number and we will offer the site for 1 year free. After that time, you will have to talk to website designer to determine what your cost will be if any. We will also include our web name and email in your name related to web names for one year, which you will have update after the year is over. 7. Misc: Since this maybe new for you, we will include phone numbers to all our vendors and will put in a good word for you, so that you will get terms with them.
