Customer Network: 500 plus. Terms: Full $110,000 paid on date of purchase or $20,000 down and balance paid @ 6% interest on balance of $90,000 on or before June 1, 2009. (Negotiable) Comments: This has been a good owner/operator business of integrity with no unnecessary hard selling. Because of the quality and high demand all across the USA and Canada for this type of merchandise the product on the most part sells itself. If you have no management, operational or sales experience, seller would be willing to provide on the job training, familiarization and management skills to help you operate this business successfully. This business would be very easy to manage and operate from most any location in the USA, if you choose not to operate the business from the present location, because of the volume of internet and customer network sales. The company is young and has the potential for greater growth at a steady pace. When we discovered our potential, with the use of the Internet and customer referrals, our projected estimate at the start up of this business was to do a million dollars in sales per year after the first 10 years of operation. In just the 4th year, after we were established on the Internet, we exceeded our projections and grossed in sales that million-dollar figure. Last year, in 2007, we grossed $1,119,237.33 in sales and our customer network grew from coast to coast all across the USA and Canada. We have customers in our network presently in almost every state in the USA and a high number in every province in Canada. One of our Franchises has experienced many months of being number two and even some month’s number one in sales of the entire Factory network of dealerships. There is the least amount of competition in the way we operate the business and presently 35% of the business sales come from repeat customers, 50% from Internet sales and only15% from local sales. If you choose not to operate the business at the present location, I would be willing to assist in helping you get set up and established in the area you choose. If you do not presently have an established vehicle dealership you will need to check on local area licensing requirements in your State. Not included in the sale price of this business is $49,800 in equipment and $90,000 in product inventory. You have the option of purchasing all, some or none of the assets and inventory. The purchase of the assets and inventory is not a necessary requirement to purchase and operate the business. You may choose to start with custom orders and as the business progresses you can build up your inventory and utilize independent contractors for shipments. The cost of transfer fees, dealer license, bonding and legal fees, are included in the sale price, to insure a smooth and favorable transaction. To help the new owner keep continued repeat customer and referral sales, I would implicate a congenial letter to the customer network informing them of the transfer of the business ownership. What you are getting as new owner of this business is: experience technique in successful sales of the manufactured goods plus State and bonding requirements, our two Manufacture Franchises, an established Web Site, and customer network that covers almost every State and Province in North America, that would normally take years to build or obtain.
