This is a NEW, UNUSED PVG-C 120 THREE PRODUCT SCREENER made for use with Larger Buckets! This unit is small enough to pack around your job site but BIG enough to screen 40 - 60 yards per hour easily! Great for on-site or off-site soil and rock recycling!These units were designed by contractors, for contractors! It is powered by a 9 hp Genuine Honda Engine with a 6:1 gear reduction. The vibratory action is obtained with a twin eccentric direct link drive assembly that moves the screen deck up and down, 1 1/4", 400 times per minute. This unit also comes with an added scalping deck that will allow you to create a third product that is expelled to the side of the unit by way of our cross transfer conveyor.This unit comes with an extendable leg kit that will allow you to change the slope of the screen deck from 45 degrees to 36 degrees to adjust for soil conditions.This new, unused screener comes with a 1 inch high tensile woven screen but can be fitted with six other sizes of screens, from 1/4" to 1 1/2", allowing you to make topsoil, compost, pipe bedding, pea gravel, drain rock, road base, top coarse rock and MORE!You will find this PVG-C 120 very well built. The shell is formed out of 3/16" plate for durability. This 10 foot screener weighs 2600 lbs and measures 12 feet wide by 4'9" deep by 7 feet tall. This unit is designed to be used with backhoes and wheel loaders with buckets up to 9 feet wide, with a capacity up to 2 1/2 yards.
