Description
SEABOOST SR-3 Up to now, jet skiing could be enjoyed either as a sport or as “family” entertainment, whereas water skiing also required a boat, and thus a pilot. Tomorrow, all you will need to enjoy your favourite pastime will be a single and unique engine! How? Duration: Development of the prototype SEABOOST SR-2 (4 months' work for 3 people) Tests: 4 months Then preparation for the BRUSSELS EUREKA fair and improvement of the initial concept to arrive at the current 3-function model. Description: Two dominant functions (sitting and standing), plus a third, independent water skiing. A completely new and revolutionary product on the market that is light, easy to transport, and has no competition. The following points have been added to the basic idea of the 3-function jet: 1) A retractable blade used to stabilise the engine (new on the market) 2) A turbine suction system with variable positioning 3) Finally, for water skiing, the fact that there is no pilot prodded me to insist again and again on safety. How? a) Through a traction control system (calculation of the load on the cable; greater load for 5 second = the machine stops). b) Possibility to switch off the engine by remote control, either by the pilot or by a third person. c) Finally, a strap system with a fork to switch the engine off immediately if the pilot loses control. For the water ski version, the length of the cable can vary, even during practice, without compulsory stoppage of the machine. Switching from one mode to another is fast and easy.
