You will be notified if this is necessary. Standard warranty is 30 days DOA only and is only available on specified items. If warranty is requested please contact DMD Systems to receive instructions and your invoice number. At DMD's option a replacement will be shipped if available or a credit will be given. All return shipments are the responsibility of the buyer and items that are returned in operable condition are subject to a 30% restock fee. RMA forms are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Consumables (toner accessories etc.) are not included in the warranty. Optional warranty covers the period of time that was purchased and is only available on specified items. If your item fails due to manufacturing defect during the warranty period DMD Systems will ship you a replacement item the same business day in most cases. Problems due to misuse tampering accident or any other type of physical damage are not covered by the warranty. Warranty includes replacement shipping by Fedex Saver or equivilent service. Faster shipment available at an additional cost. Advanced replacement requires customer to return failed part within 14 days and fill out the online RMA form or they will be charged the full replacement value.
