We have reason to believe from the information on the tags that there might be a possibility that this grader could have been exported to either Mexico,Chile,or Guatemala or all three and used building some roads or whatever. the second tag clearly reads Caterpillar and both tags appear to be original to the machine.What Cat had to do with all this is a mystery. .this old gal has a huge 12 foot mouldboard underneath. in the rear it is 115 inches wide but has about 7 inches of travel left for the frame to move in,the rear wheels are about 40 inches tall x 8 inches wide.....the front width is 68 1/2 inches it has a 12 ft tougne and the center front hub to rear center hub lenghth is 17 ft 8 inches and the Mogul is 32 feet over all long. I am selling this for a friend and the item can be viewed by special appointment only.Item is located about 20 miles from me. everything on it works as far as we know,there is nothing stuck,that we can tell but might be because we don't know much about operating it. all the original steering chains and adjustment wheels work,pitch,grade,up and down mouldboard side to side all works.all steel wheels roll great.full size tougne also has never been altered.this unit does not have a bunch of repairs and welds that we have observed,it has been in NE Texas we know of at least 50 years and used on a local farm,but we had to cut some trees out of it to move it that we felt were at least 30 yrs old,so it has been sitting most of that time in a tree grove.no pickup deadline we will help load and we can have it hauled for around $1.50 per loaded mile.we have access to a 53ft semi rig.if you decide not to have it hauled whatever you bring to haul it on needs to be at least 36ft longx 8ft wide with a winch.and ramps.the operators deck was orioginally wood and it is long gone.I don't remember if this had a seat or has a seat.I think operator has to stand. this unit is for sale locally as well and is subject to being sold.
