Rem BaleMax 3600R Straw Blower Mulcher Erosion Control Round or Square Bale Processor 540 or 1000 rpm PTO Start Price USD 6,500.00 Current Price USD 6,500.00 Time Left - Bid Count 0 Buy It Now Price USD 7,500.00 Reserve Price - Start Time Sunday, September 07, 2008 End Time Tuesday, September 09, 2008 Location Orchard, Colorado See more about 'Rem BaleMax 3600R Straw Blower Mulcher Erosion Control' Description Rem BaleMax 3600R   I own a landscaping and an erosion control company in Colorado.  I'm selling out our older equipment and down sizing.  Here is your chance to get some nice are lightly used equipment.   Up for auction is a 2001 Rem Bale Max 3600R.    This straw blower / hay processor has been used off and on for the last 6 years.  It will process Big Round Bales, up to 72", 3'x3'x8' squares, 3'x4'x8' squares or even 4'x4'x8' big square bales.  I've run between 500 - 600 bales through it.   It has been ran behind a John Deere 2550 (75hp) and a Kubota M9000 (90hp) tractor.   It is set up for a 540 rpm PTO.  It can be switched over also to run with a 1,000 rpm PTO.   This processor can also be used to range feed or bunk feed livestock.   The unit has very little wear, as you can see from the photos.  The unit is straight with no bends in the steel or damage to the doors.  It has hydraulically operated forks on the back to load the bales, hydraulically operated floor to feed the bales and a hydraulic side door that can also be used manually.  To use all 3 hydraulically operated control you'll need 3 remotes, we had 2 remotes on the tractors and opened and closed the side door by hand.  The flail blades are good and the drive belt is at mid adjustment.    I ordered this unit from the factory with the PTO shaft end for a 540 rpm PTO, it is normally shipped with a 1,000 rpm PTO shaft.  I have run both and like the unit running on the 540 rpm.  I've ran another with the 1,000 rpm and the flail spins so fast that it sucks the straw into the flail and throws out too much at once, this leave piles of straw all over.  Running at 540 rpm it will throw out a very even layer of straw.   A new unit is $13,000 plus TAX!  This is a private sale and NO SALES TAX!    The unit is in excellent condition and ready for work.     I have the unit listed locally and reserve the right to end the auction for a local sale     I can store the unit for the buyer for up to 3 months.  The buyer is responsible for picking up the BaleMax.   Payment is due within 5 days of the end of the auction.  Payment is cash at pick up, if within the first 5 days, or a cashiers check.  Any payment other than cash, including a cashiers check, will be held to clear before the unit is released.  Place a Bid!
