It has an overhead dimming light and three (3) rechargeable diagnostic wells.  the color of the upholstery which is in very nice condition is cordovan and the metal is brown.  There are no other items included with this sale but the seller may have other related pieces of exam room equipment listed on ebay, in my store location, or on my web site, www.theopticalinterchange.com.  Condition of the unit is quite good, there are some chips in the keratometer arms paint and it is a slightly different color than the rest of the stand. The chair's motor runs quietly.  All controls and rechargeable wells on the stand work.  The chair is designed to do a full 180 degree tilt which can especially beneficial for certain surgical procedures.
