Items will be pick up from 999 West Chester Pike West Chester PA 19382. Items will be paid for with Pay Pal, Cash or Certified Funds only.  No Checks. No returns allowed for these items. I might not be the one to meet you at the sight but it will be well coordinated if you are meeting someone else. You must move the item yourself (or pay someone else to, read below we have pre contacted a service on this item for you).  It is on the 2nd floor of our office building and there is no elevator. This auctions is for our 8 unit cubicle system that was used by our clerk and sales staff.  These units have high wall and can be arranged in a variety of different ways.  The desks and drawers are built into the units.  This is a very nice and good condition system.  We spent over $15,000 ($15K for the unit and $15K for set up) for this system 8 years ago when it was purchased brand new.  My pictures and descriptions would not do this system complete justice.  We invite you to take a look at this system we have someone in the same building every weekday between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm but please let us know what day you'll be stopping by so we can be ready for you and advise where to go to meet some one. Other times are available but they must be scheduled in advance. We have contacted a service the will tear this down, move it and set it up.  The intial quotes from them are $3,000 for tear down at our office and set up at new location plus moving cost.  Moving cost depend on how far they are driving from our office.  If you want we will give you the contact information for this service.  If you have your own or can do it yourselves, that is even better. This unit is being sold as an entire unit we will not sell only 1 or 2 units.  All 8 units are an entire lot. No returns accepted on this auction. Measurements are as follows: Each desk in this unit (there are 8 total) is 60x72x24 inches.  The walls stand 74 inches.  One cube is about 10 feet X 10 feet and fits 2 desks into this one cube, but this entire unit can be moved and fitted into a varity of positions to either maximize the space for all 8 desks to your office's likeing.
