Description
Internet Radio Station/Website 3DSJ.com 3DSJ.com began broadcasting on January 18th, 2001. The station started operating from Tampa, FL and moved to new headquarters in the greater Miami area (Homestead) in the spring of 2007. The present owner will move the facility to any location of the new owner’s choice in south Florida, included in bid and elsewhere in the continental U.S. with a separate agreement. The station can remain on the air while the transition is made because of redundant systems. Included in the sale are all equipment, intellectual property, pre-produced program content, trademarks, domain names, 3DSJ.com & 3DSuperjock.com, company promotional vehicle and transfer of all licenses. The present owner is willing to consult for a new owner under a separate contract and additional enhancements can also be made. 3DSJ.com has an exclusive format known as “All Request Radio”. It features popular music from all genres selected by the audience. World famous PAMS jingles blend with the music. The programming is produced by a contractor in Hollywood, FL who is willing to deal with a new owner. The station has no employees. It is operated by the owner and contractors, runs completely automated 24/7 and also has the capability of broadcasting live. The format can also be syndicated on conventional AM, FM, or Satellite Radio after obtaining additional licensing. This is a perfect business for any broadcasting company desiring a high quality program formula that can be operated with minimal expense and everyone that hears it falls in love with the format. Just listen and you'll hear what our listeners have to say. It is a true gem developed by professional broadcasters Bill Elliott & Tim Subra and is based on a proven successful concept of Bob Bryar, former owner of AM station WORC, Worcester, Massachusetts, known for hugh audience appeal with shares exceeding 50% during the 1950's through 1970's. 3DSJ.com is featured on a multitude of internet radio websites throughout the world. The owner has organized a sales and marketing media presentation which has proven to be successful to attract advertising clients. The sales and marketing department is primarily a one man band although a second person with some sales talent has brought a large account on board. We are working on acquiring additional sales people. New cash business is occuring on a regular basis and we have set some record months this year and are moving forward while traditional corporate broadcasting company revenues are dropping or remaining flat. Our success is based on those who long for the days of mom and pop radio and wish for the demise of "Evil Borg" companies, an appropriate quote attributed to Lisa Wheeler in the May 21, 2008, issue of Radio World. 3DSJ.com is debt free and is privately owned. The owner desires to sell this property quickly and has currently greatly reduced the sales price for a limited time due to requiring cash for other other business commitments. This can be a good investment for a foreign investor desiring a broadcasting property in the United States since unlike conventional broadcasting stations, internet stations can be 100% owned by foreign interests. Additional channels can also be added. View the website and listen to the station and program format at the URL: www.3DSJ.com. Everyone that hears our format falls in love with it and you will too! Our success keeps growing.
