It then drops the peanuts undamaged into the bag (as shown in the picture) or into any other container for recycling. The original squirrel-cage fan that had been inside the blower unit has been replaced with a completely different mechanism that still creates the air flow but does not damage the peanuts. Everything is new in box, except for the cart's heavy-duty casters that have been recycled from scrapped mainframe computers. To the best of my knowledge, all of the machines built in the past ten years are still in use today.  Satisfaction guaranteed. Power: Runs on 115V, 50 or 60Hz AC power. Performance: Removes one cubic foot of styrofoam peanuts in 18 seconds. Flow: Air flow at the nozzle is 1400 feet/minute (approximately 16 mph). Noise: Very quiet! This machine does not sound like any vacuum cleaner. Safety: No belts, no external moving parts. The blower is UL approved. Power Cord: Includes a 3-wire, 10 foot long power cord.
