The system consists of two robots (one in the chamber and one in the taller cabinet), one robot controller, one prealigner, and an Asyst front loader. The chamber robot does NOT have a controller. Other smaller controllers are intact. The overall physical condition is good, but there are signs of wear and scratches. The robot in the chamber could not be tested.
