Wash system for powder coating or general cleaning prior to application of powder on parts.  We offer other sizes to meet your requirements. Completely self contained system where the parts are hot or cold water rinsed with a biodegradable agent with wetting compounds to slightly etch the metal as it is being cleaned   with a high pressure washer unit.  The dirty, oily water is contained within the containment chamber and pumped to a storage tank.  The water which is contaminated with oily and dirt is captured within the wash basin and the bioremediation process with microbes commence to destruct the oil and convert the liquid into recycled water. This recycled water can then be continually reused to clean parts.  No messy oily water never enters your drain since the system is self contained. Most applications do not require a local permit since the drain never sees the process. You must follow local codes as maybe required.  This process has been in application for over 5 years of service with not once has there been a requirement to remove the dirty oil/water from the system.  Maintaining the system is simple since it only requires that the ingredient B355 be added periodically to allow the bioremediation process to convert the oil & greases, antifreezes, and petroleum products. The B355 contains micro organisms that are capable of degrading the petroleum products and allowing the water basis to be maintained less those pollutants. The system has (2) 36" diameter baskets which rotate when the pressure water is sprayed on them so that the dirty parts are washed at all angles.  Our firm offers powder coat ovens, powder booths, (HEPA FILTERS OR CARTRIDGE TYPE) and POWDER GUNS for these applications.  We have shipped our products to the FAR EAST, NORTH and SOUTH AMERICA.  We have ovens in operation after 30 continuous years of service due to our heavy duty designs at a very competitive price.
