The Dart is supplied with the following: · A travel beam for welding girders up to 7-1/2 feet deep · Two wheel truck assemblies · 100 feet (30.5M) of power supply cable · 100 feet (30.5M) of 4/0 electrode and voltage control cable for each arc Welding Process and Equipment: · Single wire submerged arc – the unit is provided with the capacity for welding 3/32" (2.4mm) diameter electrode. · Two 60 pound (27.27 kg) capacity wire reels equipped with an adjustable friction brake · Two sets of welding controls and wire feed units. · power sources can be provided as optional equipment. Machine Equipment: · One automatic flux recovery and recycling system · One flux hopper · Heavy duty weld carriage equipped with a variable speed drive · One control panel with all machine controls and a digital read-out speed indicator · An Ogden floating guidance system to follow any varying contours of the pieces being welded while maintaining the pre-set electrode relationships with the welding joints. · Torches that weld in either direction to within 1" (25.4m) of flange. · Spring tension for hold the welding torches in place (a pneumatic torch lift and tension system is available as an option) -Please note that actual machine may differ from the reference pictures listed (some of the equipment listed may have optional equipment attached). Welding procedures are the sole responsibility of the buyer. At their option they may submit procedures to the Lincoln Electric Company or to the Seller for review and concurrence that such procedures are within the capability of the equipment furnished. Seller's General Requirements: The equipment supplied will be cleaned, sand blasted, primed, and finish coated with an industrial enamel unless otherwise specified at the time of order. Special paint coatings will be at extra cost. Seller will provide the equipment completely assembled, wired, and tested to the extent possible for ease of shipment. Seller will provide all internal wiring, cables, air and hydraulic hoses, etc., within the machine frame only. Seller will provide electrical short circuit protection for all machine mounted equipment as necessary. Seller will provide two (2) sets of equipment manuals in English with machine information and recommended spare parts lists. Drawings of major assemblies are also included. Buyer’s General Requirements for Installation: The Buyer must provide, promptly and at no charge to the Seller, the following deliveries and services by agreement and after clarification with the Seller: Services of sufficient capacity for proper machine operation (electric power, compressed air and shielding gas) to the equipment. Overhead crane, forklift trucks or other lifting gear service with operators, including chains, ropes, etc. and transport vehicles during equipment installation. Electrical work including welding cables up to the connection points of the seller's system, including earth connection, main electrical isolating switch gear with over current protection. Cutting gases and hose up to the connection points of the seller's system, including the necessary and approved safety equipment. Facilities for generating and supplying dry compressed air, including pressure regulator, dryer, water and oil separator, and hose up to the connection point of the Seller's system. Suitable skilled manpower (mechanics, welders, and electricians), including tools for installation and operation of the equipment. Disposal of scrap and slag produced during operation and testing of the machine. Disposal of shipping/packing materials. Supply of all welding consumables including torch tips, flux, welding gases, wire, etc., as well as test materials for use in start up and operator training. Terms of Sale: Prices are calculated in U.S. dollars FOB Seller’s factory. They do not include any taxes or fees arising in connection with the conclusion or execution of the contract. Should Seller have to pay such expenses as a result of the delivery contract, then the purchaser is to refund these costs to Seller. Terms of Payment: 100% Payment with order, item is available for immediate shipment $500.00 Crating Fee assessed for all LTL Shipments Payment is to be made in U.S. dollars only and in full without deduction immediately following receipt of an invoice. A 3.5% surcharge is automatically added to all credit card orders Delayed Payments: If the Buyer delays scheduled progressive payments, the same length of delay could adversely affect the shipping dates. Equipment will not be shipped unless all progressive payments are current. Buyer acknowledges that by accepting this quotation or any other similar proposal for work by Seller that Buyer will be responsible for all reasonable attorney fees and other costs and expenses incurred by Seller in attempting to collect payment from Buyer or to enforce any other term or condition of this quotation or other proposal for work. Note: All past due accounts will be assessed 15% per month for late payment. Shipment Dates: 8-10 Weeks from Down payment The shipping period begins upon receipt of the down payment. Warranty: Seller warrants to the original Buyer that equipment manufactured by Seller will be free from defects in mechanical components, workmanship, and fabrication for 12 months from the date of shipment. Components by other manufacturers will be warranted to the extent of that manufacturer’s policy. Retention of Title: The articles supplied by Seller shall remain the property of Seller until all its claims against the Buyer, including forthcoming ones, have been completely satisfied.
