The Scope is forward viewing, and articulates around 60 -80 degrees in all four drections. This is a little short from design, Still not bad though and the locks are working as they should. The light from the scope is very bright at the tip and the connector is in Excellent Condition, there was some seperation on the armor surrounding the light fibers, which I taped in a couple of spots, to keep it from seperating further. The insertion tube and the tip are in in very good condition as theres a no hard bends, no fraying and is mostly straight and smooth throughout it's 2000mm of length. This Scope is designed to adapt different Tips to the end, to include side viewing tips, while none are included, they are all still available from Olympus, as this is the newest design 11mm fibescope. The Scope also comes in a hard, that has a cracked area on the bottom back, but is whole and usefull. I'm also supplying a copy of the Olympus IF11C5-20 Instruction Manual, which has allot of information on the Scopes capibilites, Tip Selections and Care and Maintenance.
