If it has been used it was used very little becuase it looks very clean and only has a few scuffs and scratches here and there, and again this cylinder includes 2 saddles, the larger one is mounted to it with 2 socket head cap screws and you can swap it out for the smaller saddle. I'm not sure on any other specs for this cylinder, the guy I bought it from said that Enerpac made it specificly for Caterpillar, from the part number RC151U100 it looks like it is probably in the Enerpac RC15 series? just painted CAT yellow.  There is another number on the cylinder and it is 252-9892.  I haven't had any luck finding any information on the internet about it. Cylinder is sold "AS IS" Will ship in a USPS flat rate box for $9.80 to the USA only, and I will pack it very well, to make sure it arrives safetly.
