SIZE Inside dimensions: 16’-0" long x 6’-0" wide x 8’-6" tall Outside dimensions: 17’-0" long x 8’-0" wide x10’-0" tall Construction: Oven will be built with a steel structure and skinned with 16 gauge steel sheet. Walls will be 6 inches thick and insulated with 8 lb Density mineral wool  insulation. Interior walls will be skinned with 16 gauge aluminized sheet steel. All interior ducts will be made of 16 gauge aluminized sheet steel. The oven will have adjustable louvered vents down both side walls for circulation of heated air, and the ability to balance the air movement The oven will have double doors on ONE end and each door will be 3’x 8’ DOUBLE DOORS ON BOOTH ENDS AVAILABLE FOR ADDED COST. Doors will be made with one side latched tight and other will be equipped with a Brixon safety latch. The interior structural steel will be painted with high temp aluminize paint. Exterior will be painted light machine gray.
