It can be mounted upside down, vertical, upright and any other position you may need. Unlike almost anyother robot makes this is so versatile it fits any need. You will be very happy with it and it's performance!!!!!!!!!! It is in great shape and is 1 of 3 total available that was removed from production in August of 2008. The robot has been gone through and all fluid changed and bearing points lubricated. All batteries were checked and replaced if needed along with the control cables. The unit was then repainted along with the control system. It is guaranteed to run and can be returned in 30 days after receiving if you are not happy with it.
