Description
This is a Murray/Woods # 412M maximum 6" height by 24" wide 4-head planer/matcher. 6-knife round heads. Though believed to be operational, this machine has not been used in many years. Machine has pocket heads, takes 90 degree corrugated back, 1/4" or 5/16" steel. Same as the Woods moulders. There is a motor control panel included. Horsepower of motors estimated at 50hp top and bottom, sides 20hp each. Cutterheads for side heads included and a few spares. Spindles spun by hand and there were no incidences of bearing bumps. No feed motor. Uses 220 volts AC 3-phase power. This is a very large machine - a rigger's services will be required to move it and load it on a truck. Customer arranges for the rigger's services - we can recommend a local firm or use your own.
