I do not know anything about the paint. All the wonderful corn shellers and mills I am selling came from and estate sale. For some crazy reason I love corn shellers that work. The sheller is really interesting when attached to a board. The tag attached to the sheller states that this sheller is a 1920 Montgomery Ward corn Sheller. There is not writing on the sheller itself. The sheller does not need clamps. Just put bolts through the bottom to and attach it to a board. It is a wonderful corn sheller. This corn sheller can be used for corn or for shelling walnuts.
