When we called the Model Master company for the download they informed us that we had to do the following:  When we spoke with Mike at Model Master 770-704-0123 and he said the software for the 3 axis machine we have now (which is a 2001) no longer exsists. We would have to send the box controller unit in and it would be about $3500 to turn it into a 4 axis machine. He would warrentee the unit and supply all new up to date software. He said the overall machines are real workhorses and this unit has the NSK cutter on it which is the latest tech.
