Description
Essentially, I have worked on quite a few "Internet" related projects in the past decade. Some were my ideas to begin with, but not all. However I can say that the majority of the building work was done by "yours truly". There was one of the first VoIP systems out there: Cortex Telecom (link 1 below) ModeEleven, the broadcast screensaver (link 2 below) And lastly, zReturn: The online world-wide lost and found system (link 3 below). The last two really make me proud for many reasons, but especially the press. ModeEleven was nominated in PC Magazine’s 20th Annual Tech excellence awards (link 4 below). There were three companies in our category: Us, Microsoft, and some company that was funded with some 17 million dollars. By the time "we" made it to the magazine, we raised "maybe" half a million dollars at the most! zReturn was also was created on a low budget and yet we inspired not just some really nice press, but also made it into Macworld’s "49 Of The Season's Best Mac Gadgets To Please Everyone On Your List". (link 5 below) Both of the above magazines are over 20 years old in this industry and both are great for their own reasons, and if someone in the "Mac" world says you're cool...well, let's just say that really counts for something! Am now branching into a different part of the web. The best description I can give you is think "Social Network" but it’s not. It is what I truly believe to be the next step/generation of site that is needed out there. I’ve already started working on this, and who can say I won't finish it all on my own (I'm thinking 3 - 4 months). But finding someone at the early stage would be nice as well. Not only are funds needed, but they're needed from someone with the qualifications to be a junior partner as well: Handle all the corporate paperwork, etc. I believe that with the numbers above we can actually get this site up, running, and with some serious traction. Am far from an expert but have been through this money raising experience a few times already and dealt with all types of people in this arena. So let’s just say that this time around I am looking for someone very specific, and definitely local. So if you are in NYC, you have no problem signing non-disclosures, and do this type of thing, would love to hear back from you. Please...if you are not local to Manhattan or nearby, do not reply. Thank you, Sergio p.s. eBay gives me no choice but to list PayPal as a payment option, obviously this isn't that kind of ad, please ignore it Link 1: Some Cortex Telecom info from an old sloppy website Link 2: ModeEleven info from the same old sloppy website Link 3: zReturn's website Link 4: ModeEleven's entry in PC Magazine's 20th Annual Tech Excellence Awards Link 5: zReturn's listing in Macworld's holiday list bottom of page
