We purchased more than we need and have a total of 6 that will be for sale. Model # TR402 and is 120 volts. Great item.  The tape on screen is for packing and keeping padding secure.  Item(s) may be picked up. We are located between Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio.  Shipping may be arranged between buyer and seller but with size of shipping box(36x28x5) and weight(41lbs) it is hard to give flat rate because this shipping calculator doesn't state what the dimensions are between large and extra large packages and a two fold diffence in distance from me.
