Impregnation module Single 40 inch diameter process tank with cover utilizing the wet vacuumatmospheric pressure process. Automatic control system Refrigeration system. 10 HP vacuum pump. Standalone centrifuge station. 3-tank, stainless steel wash module. Tank 1. Rinse step. Oscillating platform and controls. Tank 2 Either wash or activator step. Tank 3. Warm water soak step. Hot water boiler. Standalone spin dry station. Output is 3-4 baskets per hour. Stainless steel process baskets. o 7 baskets, approximately 36 inches diameter and 36 inches tall.
