This decreases the foot print, cost and complexity when compared to system with separate reservoir and controller. This unit has a 0-100 psi pressure regulator which is well suited for medium to high viscosity (>3,000 cP) adhesives.The controller provides digital timing control for any Loctite® automatic dispense valve or pneumatic hand-held applicator. It can operate in a manual or timed dispense mode. When in the timed mode, dispense time range from 0.01-99.9 seconds. The controller is footswitch actuated unless used with a finger switch actuated applicator.The reservoir will accommodate 50 ml, 250 ml, 1 liter, 2 kg and 200 gram packages. This unit is also equipped with a low level sensor, which will disable the dispenser and notify the operator with an audio and visual signal when the adhesive level is low. Low level detection is highly recommended when dispensing cyanoacrylate products, to avoid introducing air into the product line and dispense valve.There are also low level dry-contact relay outputs to interface with external controls (PLC's).
