Guaranteed NOT DOA !!!  I wasn't the original owner of this machine but I've had it for awhile and i haven't put it to good use. I did try the machine and it works fine  . This unit comes complete with exhaust system, tent, and original concession stand table; however the connecting hardware for the table and plexiglass case that holds the exhaust hood are missing ( I called the company and the replacement pieces will cost about $600).
