Our warehouse is unattended. Therefore, you will need to coordinate an appropriate time that works for us as well as you so we know that we can have a person available. Shipping Policy: We WILL prepare items / machinery for shipment to any corner of the world! In fact, we pride ourselves in going beyond the required level of preparation. Our palletizing and crating will be performed as though we expect it to be in a storm (container ship), driven through the mountains on an unpaved road (truck) or worst of all - handled by a forklift driver that cares not what the contents but merely wants to get it from point A to point B if it must be pushed, pulled, scooted, spun, jammed, torked, tweaked...we do try to out guess them. All items are shipped FOB Dallas, TX 75247. It is the Buyer's responsibility to assess value, request and pay for insurance on all items (or to otherwise ship “without” insurance – assuming the risk themselves) Buyer is not to assume that any other items are included in the auction unless outlined in the description above (i.e. operator's manual, parts manual, cables, covers, etc.) and will not be shipped with the auction item. If any auction item requires returning for exchange - this cost is also at the expense of the Buyer unless otherwise negotiated between Buyer and ourselves (Seller). Larger machines (5,000lb. to 8,000lb. range) that need to be palletized may require additional charge per pallet. ie. Overseas shipments.Containers for overseas shipments – We can load entire container appropriately and will seal them prior to shipment provided we are given the necessary seal by your export agent. If it can go in a box or other acceptable container for UPS – that's the way we would prefer to do it. Our boxing and packaging is usually exceptionally protective. (As it has to be for UPS shipping...) Any other courier or shipper can be requested by buyer– please as long as they are comparable to UPS in regards to their policies, procedures, hours of service, etc. All items are available for local pickup if buyer would like to avoid shipping.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. WE do not charge handling fees with the exception being line item. Payment Information: Invoices are sent promptly to your eBay email address.
