The pictures below show just some of the copiers we have in stock in the warehouse.                              Shipping Shipping costs are not included in the price of the machine, unless otherwise stated in the above bulleted items and/or description.  If you would like to use your own shipping company please make arrangements for pick-up and delivery with LBS International.  At the bottom of this section we added a shipping calculator and company used for some of our domestic business.  We have added in the calculator the extra weight of the crate and any other possible items that might be listed in the “Key Features” section of this auction (Finisher, Document Feeder, Fiery, paper stand, etc...).  Copiers will be shipped from the warehouse in Florida (zip: 33166).  Shipping will be covered by the customer purchasing the item or the winning bidder/buyer.  Shipping is normally completed within 5 - 15 business days from the time full payment of the product is received.  Machines can take up to 7 business days to leave the warehouse.  This is due to holidays and other preparations of the machine including cleaning, rigorous testing, checking for copy clarity, changing wearable belts / clutches as needed, and time allotted for crating and proper packaging of the machine.  Crating will be mandatory for all domestic deliveries, this will cost $279.00 more added to the total of your invoice sent after winning the auction.  LBS International will handle the crating, not the shipper.  Most shipping costs for machines delivered in the Continental United States will average $290 - $590 by the ground shipping companies we use.  Shipping costs vary depending upon the weight of the machine you purchase and the distance and destination of delivery.  The price for shipping does not include moving the machine upstairs or through abnormal locations.  Our items go on freight trucks that require a docking station.  Please inform the shipping company also if you will need a lift gate, stair climber, or a smaller box truck if a semi will not be able to reach your location easily.  It is also recommended to let them know if you are having the machine delivered to an office or home location. The shipping companies we use specialize in moving office products to help insure a safe delivery, but it is strongly recommended by LBS International that you purchase insurance at an additional cost to protect yourself against any damages in shipping.  The Shipping Insurance is covered through the shipping company and not LBS International.  Please make sure to visually inspect the shipment before accepting delivery and signing the delivery form (Bill of Lading).  If there are any problems that have occurred during shipping they need to be noted on the delivery form before you sign to accept shipment.  Once unpackaged if there are any concealed damages found a claim must be filed with the shipping company (please contact them for more information) The copier sensors may give you false readings because of vibrations from shipping which might cause toner to get into the sensors.  There is a slight chance because of these vibrations that you might need to have a technician clean the machine and make any necessary minor adjustments.  We also suggest you get a technician to set up the machine and get a service contract (LBS International offers this as well at an additional fee, please call for information).  The cost of such a service call is the responsibility of the buyer, not LBS International. If purchasing a copier for international shipment please be advised that it is the responsibility of the buyer, not LBS International to find a local shipper. The pictures below shows an example of how our copiers are crated before shipping.This is an example and not of the actual machine you are purchasing.                                                     Payment Options All payments are due within 5 days of auction end or the item will be re-listed.  LBS International will email an invoice upon the bidder winning the auction.  Please be prepared to provide your contact name, complete shipping and billing address, phone number, and payment method.  LBS International will only accept business checks, money orders, cashier’s checks, or wire transfers.  ALL checks will be held for 5 - 15 business days or until monies have cleared.  We do not accept payment by Paypal.  If paying by Credit Card there will be a 10 % processing fee added on, of the total price.  The most convenient way most buyers decide to pay is by wire transfer, due to speed and convenience.  Upon winning the auction the buyer will receive our office address where funds can be sent.  Please understand that in the state of Florida we will add 6.5% sales tax to the purchase price if someone in the same state purchases an item.  Failing to send payment within the 5-day period will result in the filing of a Non-Paying Bidder notice with eBay, submitting a FVF Credit request, and appropriate negative feedback posted. At Seller's sole discretion the item in question may be re-listed if payment has not been received within the 5 day period.
