fromthecrossroads Store Click Here For More Pics & Info New Info Just added!(Info taken from owner's email) Travis: Right now there are 50 rentals at Holden Beach, 49 RV/trailer sites and 1 cottage. The new site plan provides for changing the park to 70 sites. We do not have water access, but the 1st public beach and boat access is just under 2 miles away. We are expecting final approval shortly on the 70 sites.. the company we had do it has never had the county turn down one of their proposals so it should be easy. (Plus it was the county that encouraged us to add RV sites in the first place.) There is water and sewer available on the 130 ft. of road frontage at the front of the park. The park has county water already and septic tanks on 1/2 of park and a septic system for the other half. ....site rent is 35.00 per night (I do very little nightly rental.) Monthly rent is $200 6 off months and $300 6 high season months and the renter pays his/her own electric. I just tested raising rent to $225 and $325 and have rented a few at that rate. I have also rented a couple sites in the last 2 weeks at $350 with electric included. We also still have a few renters that pay $2,000 up front for the whole year.. but we are slowly eliminating this discount. 5 Acre park located 2 miles from beautiful Holden Beach.65 Sites with site plan for expansion already drawn.
