These were acquired at a business liquidation recently, and I do not know anything about them or what they are used for.   They were in the "Original Jones Parts" bag, shown in the pictures below.   Overall length of the element is 8.5 inches, and the diameter is .505 inches.   The two (2) wire leads are 36" long.
