You are buying GoBox Software. To learn more about the company and its products please visit www.gobox.com. This is an asset sale only. It does not include any employees, any physical space or any equipment. It does not include the pending patents. What you do receive is a wonderful Internationally known software company with a stunningly good product. All you need to do is figure out how to propogate GoBox, ie get it on as many computers as possible, and concurrently enter into revenue sharing relationships with the major search targets GoBox uses, including Google, Yahoo, Aol, Microsoft, Amazon and eBay, etc. Google is done directly, as are some of the rest, and most of the others are done through cj.com. Simple. There is an amazing potential here. If you want to be in on internet advertising revenues going forward, this is as good a way as you will find. With GoBox you will control your users' online destinations before they open a browser. GoBox sits on their desktop and is much easier to use than the Google Toolbar. We were in early talks with Dell to place the software on every one of their desktops. I have been focussed on other matters though, including running for office, and have not been doing justice to this company's enormous potential. Maybe you can. I just received a significant offer from an International mobile technologies company based in New York but thought I would list it here on a lark to see if I might get a tad more than they are offering. Feel free to ask any questions you like. I have an existing asset purchase agreement that obviously you can look over prior to the sale. Assets will not be transferred until payment in full is received, whether by check or wire. Funds may be placed in a known, secure escrow company of your choice as well. What is included in this sale is: (a) All of the Seller's right, title, and interest in and to: 1. The name “GoBox” and its existing Federal Trademark (serial #78089362 filed 10-19-2001), as well as all other international, state and local trademark rights associated with the name. 2. The GoBox Software application’s full source code and all attendant copyrights. 3. Three internet domains: GoBox.com, GoBox.net and GoBoxSoftware.com 4. The data comprising the existing GoBox.com website. You would also be agreeing to license the related intellectual property if the patent comes through and I enter into at least one third party licensing agreement based on those technologies. In that case you would agree to a royalty of 3 cents per user per year.
