Description
FLOW 9XD-55K, 60HP Dual 55K mechanical shift intensifiers Serial # 188-2123-1.24 Will Support single .016 jewel or dual .011 jewels We purchased this pump in September 07, and upon receiving, completely disassembled the entire unit, the chassis was sandblasted & powdercoated, the outer sheetmetal was stripped & repainted, and new door shocks were fitted. The oil tank thoroughly cleaned & fitted with larger strainer, the original Bosch Pump has replaced with Flow branded Rexroth conversion dated August ’06. Both intensifiers were completely disassembled & rebuilt (high & low pressure assemblies). %95 of all hydraulic lines were replaced, %95 of all high pressure tubing was replaced, Soft start circuit rebuilt & accumulator tested & repressurized. A new hydraulic filter fitted. A new bank of process water filters fitted. Heat exchangers disassembled & descaled. All low pressure water lines replaced. The motor was sent to a qualified repair shop, and was inspected & fitted with new bearings. This unit comes with an Allen Bradley NEMA 4 motor starter & enclosure. It is currently wired & configured for 480VAC 3 PH power requiring 100A service. Copies of original 9X manuals will be included. The unit will be drained of all fluids for shipment. This is the pump only, no cutting table or high pressure plumbing extending outside of the pump enclosure is included. The electrical connections between the motor starter enclosure and the pump are not included, but connections will be documented for ease of reconnection to be carried out by buyer. As of listing time, the pump has less than three hours on it and is currently under power & running. All sales are final, no returns. Buyer responsible for all shipping charges. Intensifiers/HP water/process water- -Intensifiers completely disassembled, inspected and rebuilt -%95 of all high pressure tubing was removed & replaced with new tubing. -Fitted with process water filter bank (1 micron nominal prefilter & paralleled .45 micron absolute filters) -All water lines replaced Electrical- -Fitted with Allen/Bradley NEMA 4 motor Starter & enclosure with disconnect & fuses Documentation- -1 set of 9X manuals included -documentation of all known previous owners also available Shipment- -will be professionally fully crated & braced for shipment via truck or customer pickup (pump alone weighs 2600lbs, crate measures 6' x 3' x 5'6)
