Description
We build reliable single to three-phase converters since 1998. Now we also make our technology (capacitor switching at the zero crossings, motor hard-start feature, balanced phases) available for someone who wants to build a superior digital rotary converter. You will need parts: A standard three-phase motor in delta configuration, several standard motor run capacitors, a safe sheet metal enclosure, and only if for 50Hz, an autotransformer. Build a converter for 230V or 240V single phase supply. Output in North America will be three-phase 230V 60Hz and in Europe 3x 400V, in UK or Australia 3x 415V 50Hz. It will run CNC machines, Variable Speed Drives, welder, lathe, mill, heater, refrigeration, submersible and surface pumps, power supplies, resistive loads, anything three-phase. When using our T controller your converter will be different from any other converter (static, rotary, digital inverter, VSD): Phase voltages remain symmetrical at all loads. Motors and machines accelerate fast and keep running at full speed even at high loads. Motors and machines produce 100% power. Continuously, no need to de-rate anything. No start contactor can fail, no electrolytic capacitor needs to be replaced after some years of operation. Zero EMC emission, no filter is needed. Perfect sine waves (voltage and current, input and output). Automatic power factor correction, power quality is as good as utility supplied. The SCR based controllers resist short circuits, fast transients, voltage surges, overloads, mechanical shocks. They are available in sizes 4 - 150kW for outputs 3x 230V, 240V, 400V, 415V, 460V, 480V, always depending on where in the world you are. This auction here is for the technical support (phone and e-mail) and for five plans and four instruction pages: E4 and T4 (4kW=5hp), E8 and T8 (8kW=10hp), T12 (12kW=15hp).
