Cosmetically all I can find is one mark on the sheet metal housing that is visible in the pictures.  Fully adjustable paper cutter easily cuts through 500 sheets of paper at a time. Safety features have been built into these guillotine paper cutters that help prevent accidental injury. A spindle driven backstop with a scale-bar in both inches and centimeters guarantees accuracy. 30x26x36"          170 lbs Buyer pays shipping + $25 for packaging and handling. Please note:  Ebay now requires a shipping price in each ad.  This is a freighted item, so shipping will vary throughout the country, the shipping price listed is only an estimate. Colorado Residents will be charged 2.9% Sales Tax.
