Cutting Machine for medium and smaller workrooms. The JR. Cutting Machine offers most of the functions offered by the Six Function machine including Microprocessor control. It also offers an optional Automatic Bar-stacker which stacks the fabric half-folded across  on a removable bar, a printout of fabric map, and/or BAR-CODE LABEL PRINTER for inventory or process control.   The J.R. Cutting machine is often the first piece of labor-saving equipment purchased for a small to medium sized workroom. It provides inspection, measuring, rewinding, slitting and cutting in a compact, easy-to-use format. After inspecting for flaws using the ergonomic slanted inspection surface, and re rolling the fabric, the operator simply enters the desired cut length and the number of cuts. the machine will unroll the fabric, stopping at the pre-set length, and clamp the fabric for easy accurate cutting with electric shear provided. the operator can even "jog" the machine forward or in reverse to meet the pattern match forward or in reverse to meet the pattern match precisely. the cut fabric is half-folded on a removable bar for staging of each job. when the pre-set number of cuts has been made, the machine automatically cuts off and the stacker bar comes forward for easy unloading. After the fabric is cut, lining from the lining rack can be brought down and cut, completing the job in a matter of minutes. the 60" model requires only 3' by 6' of floor space, 110V electricity and a little compressed air at 60 psig pressure. the J.R. can increase the output over manual cutting 400%!
