The CL25E is a 25" table-top laminator.  It's designed for mounting and laminating photographs as well inkjet output.  The CL25E is great for permanently mounting onto rigid boards (such as foam board, card stock, plastic boards, masonite, etc.) up to 25" wide by any length and boards up to 3/8" or 10mm thick.  The rolls are coated with a non-stick covering to minimize adhesive build-up and the actual roll size is wider than 25" so you can use a fill 25" wide roll.
