Built to handle up to ¾” x 5’ x 10’ steel plate, this machine will give you years of trouble-free production.  A full-featured torch height control is standard for operation with plasma units up to 200 amps.   The XCS-2000 Series is controlled by the PC-based XCS control from Xycorp Inc.  The XCS control was specifically designed to tightly integrate with Hypertherm conventional plasma cutting systems and Visual CADD 5 to offer the most efficient and easy-to-use system available.  Internal digital servo drive amplifiers deliver closed-loop motion control to the X and Y axes for cutting and the Z axis for torch level positioning.  Resolver feedback allows positioning accuracies and repeatability typically found in much more expensive machines.   When cutting using the XCS-2000 Series plasma cutting machine it is not necessary to refer to an operator’s manual for process settings.  Material type, thickness, cutting amperage, cutting speed, and other vital information are stored in the materials file of the operator’s control panel.  With SimplePath® automatic cutting path control, you can be assured that all the holes and internally nested parts will be cut first and efficiently utilizing nearest part detection.  With auto torch height control, even thin material can be cut accurately and efficiently.   The XCS-2000 Series comes with a full-featured torch height control utilizing Ohmic sensing, auto torch height control, and 360 degree torch collision damage avoidance feature.   The XCS-2000 Series’s unique design featuring X and Y axes drives mounted on the overhead gantry means years of problem-free operation since there is almost no possibility of slag, splatter, or water entering and damaging the drives.  The integrated water table, capable of handling plate up to 60” x 120”, eliminates the need for exhaust removal and filtration since there is almost no smoke.  Since the parts can be handled immediately after cutting, higher production rates can be achieved.   Set-up and installation of the XCS-2000 Series can generally be completed in just a few hours.  Since there are no CNC codes to learn, an operator can be trained in a few hours and be producing parts efficiently in a couple of days.    40% Deposit Due with in 4 days of end of auction, Balance prior to pick up.   Shipping is not included.
