I would also consider a local, experienced machinist that is hard working, honest, must have excellent work ethics and be efficient and has common sense to effectively job shop the projects I have in house. Fair compensation by offering a percentage of shop rate. Must have at least 10 years of cnc programming and machine shop knowledge and experience on saws, milling machines, lathes, surface grinders and inspection tools and equipment. Welding experience a plus, but not required. I will not consider a machine operator, only a experienced machinist that can setup and run manual and CNC equipment and inspect the final product.
