Nothing except color and the MCXL is said to mill a little faster which really isn’t a great benefit. The MCXL is first year and Dental Town has not had good things to say about it so we stay away from first year prototypes   This CEREC milling unit takes on average 20 minutes to mill During milling, we train you to efficiently design another one No time wasted waiting around for mills, work while milling   We can answer any questions you have about CEREC and can train you with a proven Training system designed for learning without additional fees.  Hands on training in a digital lab facility or training in your own dental practice.     Learn to use the direct image method or image in a dry environment by making a model and imaging from the model.  Both ways are acceptable and easily trained.  There are benefits to both.    The only other difference between new and used is that you aren’t paying a rep $8,000 commission and the distributor isn’t getting their $35,000 commission on a new CEREC.  What about the new CEREC return policy?  Read the fine print, you pay all kinds of fees and conditions if you want to return it. You have to attend multiple classes, pay for additional classes, travel, and produce many restorations before they will allow you return it.   You might be able to find other CERECs less expensive, but you will still have to travel to take multiple classes out of state, shut down your dental practice and lose production, pay for the classes, pay for your assistant, pay for your airfare, meals, lodging, and rental cars.    We provide you with the class and design tech support for a month following. We will assist in product selection and answer any and all questions you might have regarding your procedures and how to do quadrants, staining and glazing, etc.  Bring your office staff, we won’t charge you extra.    If you want a trainer in your office for five working days, pay the shipping and handling fee for the CEREC System, Milling Machine, and the trainers travel expenses and the trainer will arrive at your office on a Friday.  There you and your staff will be trained Friday, Saturday, off Sunday and work live in the dental office on Monday, Tues, and Wed.  Your staff will be educated on CEREC first hand in a patient active environment by the end of the five days.   Why are we selling this unit?
